1.  Read the passage with the students. Point out the elements that make it order and sequence text structure.

2.  Color code - red - first
                      green - second
                      yellow - third
                      blue - fourth
                      orange - fifth
                      gray - sixth

3.  Outline each box in the color that matches the sentence's underline.

4. Fill in the sentences in the correct boxes.

5.  Cut out the paragraph and glue it down at the top of the page.

6. Cut out each half of the template.  Match and glue the ends together.

7.  Fold the graphic organizer accordion style. Glue down the top tab only.
